SHIPPING

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

· Processing time : Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays), but we ask to allow us 1-3 business days in the unlikely event that foreseen circumstances occur. You can check the order status through our customer service email  (support@Homepineapple.com)

· When goods are shipped, our website will automatically send you a letter about logistics single number query email

         * This is just an email notification. If you have other questions, please contact customer service email, don’t touch the notification E-mail

         * Of course, you can also contact our customer service email to check your logistics tracking number (support@Homepineapple.com)

· Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

* Some holiday items (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) are guaranteed to be delivered to you before the holidays. If you buy a birthday (anniversary) gift, you can note the arrival date when you place an order, and we will try to arrange for you

Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL,SF EXPRESS,EMS).

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you can reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Remember to provide that information when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note order processing time is typically 2-5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
